## ➕ Plus (+) Sistemi

**Plus (+) sistemi**, Vakıf içerisinde kendini kanıtlamış, görevlerinde başarılı olmuş ve güvenilirliğinden şüphe duyulmayan personelleri belirlemek amacıyla kullanılan **özel bir değerlendirme sistemidir.**

Bir personelin rütbesinin veya yetki seviyesinin yanında **(+)** bulunması, o personelin Vakıf tarafından **yüksek güvenilirliğe sahip** olarak değerlendirildiğini gösterir. Plus (+) statüsüne sahip personellerin görevlerinde hata yapma veya Vakıfa ihanet etme olasılığının **daha düşük olduğu kabul edilir.**

Ancak **Plus (+) statüsü, personele ek bilgi veya erişim yetkisi sağlamaz.** Personelin sahip olduğu bilgi düzeyi, mevcut **Level yetkisine** göre belirlenmeye devam eder.
